About Hakuba
Situated in the Northern Alps, Hakuba encompasses mountain resorts with terrain for winter skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. Visitors can experience a variety of outdoor activities throughout the year.
About Us
“Kiitos” is the expression of gratitude, means “thanks” in Finnish. Away from the daily hustle and bustle, relax in nature rich Hakuba and our cozy Finnish style log cottage.
Rental Cottage
Our cottage is a cozy rental cottage exclusive for your family or friends. Enjoy your private space and time!
Here are some of the features of our cottage:
We have 3 rental cottages on our property, and all 3 cottages are equipped with the same facilities. One of our features is that each and every one of our cottages has a sauna in it. Refresh yourself with the sauna after skiing, snowboarding, or mountain hiking.
1st Floor
Our entrance can be used as a drying room as well. Keep your ski/snowboard equipment in a safe and secure place.
Living Room
You can opt to sit indoors in the air-conditioned, ventilated living room. We also provide “Kotatsu” and floor heating in the winter.

Each and every one of our cottages has an authentic Finnish sauna produced by HARVIA. Spend your precious time with your family and friends in the private sauna.
※Please prepare extra clothes for sauna on your own.
Others
There is a bathroom with a washing machine inside the cottage.
2nd Floor
Beds are set on the second floor. A robust net is stretched over the open ceiling space, where you can play, lie down to enjoy reading, and so forth.
Four single-size beds per building, plus one extra bed for a maximum of five persons.

By Train
The closest train station is JR Hakuba Station. Direct JR Azusa train runs from Shinjuku once daily. Bullet trains run directly to JR Nagano Station, and they run frequently through the day. From the Nagano Station, please transfer to a direct bus to Hakuba.
By Bus
Direct buses run from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal. Kiitos is 20 to 30 minutes walk from the Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal.
※Please let us know in advance if you need a ride from the train station or the bus terminal.
